BT500 Multifunctional 12V/24V Battery Analyser

The BT500 is a professional multifunctional battery analyser suitable for testing all 12V/24V lead-acid batteries from 20 to 2000 CCA, including regular batteries, AGM flat batteries, AGM roll burners, GEL and EFB batteries. Supports standards such as CCA, BCI, CA, MCA, JIS, DIN, SAE, etc. Features a built-in thermal printer for one-click printing of test results.

Battery Testing

Connect red clip to positive terminal and black clip to negative terminal. Built-in temperature sensor provides real-time temperature monitoring to accurately determine the degree of influence of temperature on battery performance.

Battery Test shows: Voltage, Power, CCA, Temperature, SOH, Resistance. Charging Test shows: Load voltage, No-load voltage, Ripple. Start Test shows: Highest voltage, Minimum voltage, Battery status.

Leakage Detection (AMPS)

Clip the battery clip connected to the spare battery, disconnect the negative terminal of the car from the battery, use the special clip for leakage testing, select the negative bus connected to the car. The leakage current of the car can be monitored and recorded in real time. Current waveform display with CUR, MAX, and MIN values.

Load Test

Real-time recording of voltage fluctuations as the car starts and shuts off the load. Accurately determine the health of the battery. Shows Battery voltage and Minimum voltage with status indication.

Relay Test

Supports a wide range of relay sizes. Easy, convenient and fast. One step quicker to fix your car. Shows relay circuit diagram and connection status in real time.

One Click Printing

Press F4 for quick print. The built-in thermal printer supports printing results for: Battery test, Charging test, Start-up test. Print reports to share with customers or for record keeping.
